Turn on the Gradient section in the color popover to paint a two-color blend instead of a flat color. It works across the Paint Bucket, Line tool, and freehand round Brush.
- Bucket, screen-space gradient, linear along a drag or radial from the click.
- Line, each dab colored by its position for a clean linear run.
- Brush, a radial gradient from center to rim per footprint.
Each endpoint has its own color and opacity, blends are done in sRGB for consistency across tools, and a whole gradient can be saved as a favorites swatch that persists with the project.
